A British adult content creator known for pushing boundaries online is now facing a criminal charge in London after authorities say she crossed a legal line in public.

Bonnie Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, has been charged with outraging public decency following an incident outside the Indonesian embassy in Westminster late last year. The 26-year-old influencer, known for orchestrating provocative sex “challenges” for her online audience, is accused of making a lewd gesture that was captured on video.

According to the Metropolitan Police, Billinger was formally charged via postal requisition on March 16. She is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 22.

“The charge relates to an incident in Great Peter Street, Westminster, on Monday, December 15,” a police spokesperson said, confirming that an investigation was carried out and that a woman in her twenties was interviewed under caution earlier this year.

The case was referred to the Crown Prosecution Service, which authorized the charge after reviewing the evidence.

The London charge marks the latest controversy surrounding Billinger, whose career has been built on shock value and viral notoriety. She has gained attention online for organizing explicit group encounters, often framed as extreme “challenges” designed to generate clicks and outrage in equal measure.

But her legal troubles are not limited to the UK.

Just days after the alleged London incident, Billinger was detained in Bali, Indonesia, where authorities accused her of filming commercial adult content without the proper visa. She was ultimately deported from the country.

Indonesian officials said they did not pursue pornography-related charges after examining footage on her phone, determining the material was intended for “private documentation” rather than public distribution. However, they concluded she had violated immigration rules by engaging in commercial activity while on a visa not permitting such work.

At the time, Indonesia’s director general of immigration said her actions had the potential to “cause public unrest,” underscoring the strict standards applied to foreign nationals producing explicit content in the country.

Now back in the UK, Billinger faces a different kind of scrutiny — one rooted in British law governing public behavior.

The charge of outraging public decency is a serious offense that applies to acts considered lewd, obscene, or offensive when carried out in a public setting where at least two people could witness them. Convictions can result in fines or even imprisonment, depending on the severity of the conduct.

For Billinger, whose brand thrives on attention and controversy, the upcoming court appearance could prove to be a defining moment — one that tests the limits of online notoriety when it spills into the real world.
