Authorities in North Texas are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Dallas woman and her two young daughters who were last seen Sunday night in Plano.
According to the Plano Police Department, 30-year-old Alexcia Pruitt and her children — a 5-year-old girl and a 3-month-old infant — were last spotted around 8 p.m. at the Cinemark movie theater on Dallas Parkway. Investigators believe the trio may have been walking along Windhaven Parkway near a Jack in the Box restaurant shortly after they left the theater.
Police said Pruitt may not have her cellphone with her, which has complicated efforts to contact or track her. Family members have told authorities that she has schizophrenia and relies on medication, raising additional concerns for her wellbeing.

When she was last seen, Pruitt was wearing a white shirt, a black jacket and denim shorts. She was also carrying a backpack-style diaper bag. She has long black hair, according to police.
Her 5-year-old daughter was last seen dressed in white and purple sweatpants with a white puffy jacket. The infant was reportedly wrapped in a pink blanket and wearing a onesie.
Officials have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding their disappearance, but they are urging anyone who may have seen Pruitt or the children to come forward immediately. Police have asked members of the public to call 911 with any information and reference Plano Police incident number 26-36197.
The case remains under investigation as officers continue searching the area and following up on potential leads. Authorities have not indicated whether foul play is suspected but have emphasized the urgency of locating the family safely.
Community members are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any sightings that could assist in bringing Pruitt and her daughters home.
