Naomi Campbell struts down the runway during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City on Nov. 13, 2003

Naomi Campbell’s name appears repeatedly in the latest release of Justice Department documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein, offering a clearer picture of the British supermodel’s long-rumored ties to the disgraced financier.

According to emails included in the massive document dump, Campbell, now 55, maintained a relationship with Epstein that went beyond casual encounters. Correspondence shows her requesting to fly on Epstein’s private jet, discussing plans to meet him at his New York mansion, and being connected to invitations for major international events. Much of the coordination appears to have been handled through Epstein’s longtime assistant, Lesley Groff, who acted as a gatekeeper to his travel, schedule, and social network.

The newly released files also include statements from unnamed victims who told federal investigators that Epstein introduced them to Campbell at social gatherings. Others claimed they saw Campbell at Epstein’s Manhattan home and even on his private island. While these claims were included in FBI interviews, the documents do not provide additional evidence confirming the victims’ accounts. Campbell has not been accused of any criminal activity.

Still, the documents suggest that Campbell remained in Epstein’s circle even after his 2008 conviction in Florida for soliciting prostitution from a minor. That continued connection is one of the key revelations highlighted in the files, reinforcing the broader pattern of Epstein’s ability to maintain relationships with influential figures long after his criminal history became public.

Campbell’s attorney, Martin Singer, responded forcefully, saying she had no knowledge of Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking crimes until after his 2019 arrest in New York. Singer claimed Campbell had no contact with Epstein after that arrest and would have acted immediately if she had ever suspected abuse. He also stated Campbell lived in Moscow from 2008 to 2013 and was unaware Epstein was a registered sex offender during that period.

The documents reviewed by The New York Times show Campbell’s name appears in nearly 300 files, placing her among the most frequently mentioned female celebrities in the release. She is listed in a document titled “List of People Who Need JE’s Address!” — a list of individuals connected to instructions for sending Epstein mail while he was jailed in Florida in 2008. Singer denied Campbell had anything to do with the list or knew why her name appeared.

The files also suggest Epstein may have used Campbell’s fame to lure young girls by implying he could help launch modeling careers. One victim said Epstein promised her work with Victoria’s Secret and referenced Campbell and former L Brands executive Leslie Wexner as proof of his connections. Singer denied Campbell was ever under contract with Victoria’s Secret and said Epstein used her name without her knowledge.

Additional records show Epstein continued networking on Campbell’s behalf after his release. One email chain from 2010 describes Epstein arranging a meeting between Campbell and former Warnaco CEO Linda Wachner. Singer said Campbell pursued the meeting because she was exploring a lingerie and swimwear project, though it ultimately went nowhere.

Epstein also received invitations to events linked to Campbell, including her surprise 40th birthday party in Cannes and a Paris celebration honoring her career with Dolce & Gabbana. Her lawyer said Epstein did not attend the Cannes party, but did briefly attend the Paris event with Ghislaine Maxwell.

Though the documents stop short of proving wrongdoing, they paint a picture of a long-standing association that continued deep into Epstein’s post-conviction years—raising new questions about how close some high-profile figures truly were to him.
