The body of a woman who was reported missing late last year has been found in Olympic National Park, bringing a tragic end to months of uncertainty for her family.

Loved ones identified the woman as Alleacya Boulia, 26. Her remains were discovered during a coordinated search effort involving more than 41 search and rescue personnel and five K-9 teams, according to family members.

Search crews focused on a remote area within a few miles of where Boulia’s rental car had previously been located. Investigators said she was last seen shopping in Port Angeles before disappearing. Her vehicle — a black 2025 Ford Bronco Sport — was later found near the Sol Duc Trailhead, raising concerns and prompting extensive search efforts.

Family members have said that some items discovered inside the vehicle did not appear to belong to Boulia, though authorities have not confirmed whether her disappearance is being treated as suspicious or if foul play is suspected.

Relatives April and Asanti were present during the search that ultimately led to the recovery of Boulia’s body. Officials said she was airlifted from the rugged terrain so she could be returned home to her family.

In a statement following the discovery, a family member described the moment as “spiritually guided,” saying they believe divine intervention played a role in finally locating her after months of searching.

Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding her death, and additional information is expected in the coming days. The family said future updates will be shared through a GoFundMe page and public statements.
