Even before Kamala Harris has announced anything, MAGA media is already campaigning against her — and in one case, practically begging her to run.

Katie Miller, the wife of controversial Trump adviser Stephen Miller, said this week that she would “beg” Kamala Harris to enter the 2028 presidential race and face President Donald Trump in a rematch.

Miller, who hosts a pro-MAGA podcast, made the comments during a Fox News appearance with Sean Hannity, shortly after Harris launched a new social media account aimed at Gen Z users. The account, originally titled “@Headquarters67_” before being changed to “@Headquarters68_,” repurposes Harris’s 2024 campaign handle and has fueled speculation that she may be laying the groundwork for another White House run.

“I’m here tonight to beg Kamala Harris to please run again in 2028,” Miller said on air. “There’s nothing that I would like to see more than the President Trump–Kamala Harris rematch of 2028.”

The enthusiasm was striking, given Miller’s long history of attacking Harris and her frequent calls for Trump to remain in office beyond constitutional limits. As recently as January, Miller claimed Trump was “running” again in 2028, despite the Constitution’s clear prohibition on a third presidential term.

On Fox News, however, Miller pivoted away from that argument and instead focused on ridiculing Harris, mocking the new account’s name and dismissing it as meaningless internet humor. She also rehashed the 2024 election, arguing that Harris’s loss disqualified her from future relevance — a claim at odds with current political reality.

Despite Miller’s derision, Harris is widely viewed as a leading contender for the 2028 Democratic nomination. Polling consistently places the former California attorney general near the top of the field, even as other high-profile Democrats, including Gavin Newsom, loom as potential rivals.

Harris herself has declined to rule out another run. She is currently midway through a successful national book tour, selling out venues and maintaining a high public profile. While her new social media account has not been formally billed as a campaign launch, Harris has described it as a way to “stay engaged” and share “the latest of what’s going on.”

The account’s tone is unmistakably online-native. It leans heavily into memes, absurdist jokes, and cultural references, including a post jokingly depicting what Trump’s “headquarters” might look like. That approach echoes Harris’s 2024 strategy, when she embraced Gen Z humor and reclaimed viral moments — including the now-famous “coconut tree” speech clip — as part of her political identity.

Pop star Charli XCX even helped cement that image, branding Harris “brat” in a viral post referencing her album of the same name, a moment Harris’s campaign happily leaned into.

For critics like Katie Miller, the strategy appears to be working — just not in the way they intend. Harris’s ability to dominate the conversation, provoke reaction, and live comfortably inside meme culture has made her a fixation in MAGA media, years before the next election.

If Miller truly wants Harris to run again, she may already be getting her wish. Whether she likes it or not, Kamala Harris is once again at the center of American political gravity — and the right can’t seem to look away.
