Tensions in Minneapolis reached fever pitch this Tuesday when a dramatic video surfaced showing a woman being yanked from her car by federal immigration agents, just six days after protester Renee Nicole Good was fatally shot in a confrontation with ICE.
The disturbing showdown erupted only blocks from last week’s shooting site, which sent shockwaves across the country.

A neigbhor who saw what happened told local MPR news: “She was trying to turn around, and the ICE agent was in front of her car, and he pulled out a gun and put it right in — like, his midriff was on her bumper — and he reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three, four times” / Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license
Masked ICE officers—sporting dark shades and bulky body armor—surrounded the unidentified woman’s vehicle as she frantically tried to flee the chaos. Eyewitness clips captured two agents thrusting their arms into her driver’s window, ultimately wrenching her out and sending her sprawling on the street.
While being hauled away, the woman screamed, ‘I’ve been assaulted before! I’m disabled! I was trying to get to my doctor. I’m autistic.’ Her pleas were met with furious shouts from nearby witnesses, one yelling, ‘Where’s your humanity?’ while others condemned the agents, shouting, ‘That’s outrageous!’ and ‘All you do is injure!’ The clash quickly escalated as federal officers fired tear gas, pepper balls, and flash bangs to disperse the growing crowd at the intersection of 34th Street and Park Avenue.
Reports swirling online suggested the woman might have tried to wedge agents between her car and another vehicle blocking her way, but footage uploaded to social media remains inconclusive.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, ICE teams had descended on the area to collar a 20-year-old Ecuadorian national, accused of sneaking over the border near El Paso, Texas, back in 2019. ‘While executing the arrest warrant, our officers were swarmed by an unruly crowd, which hindered official business—a violation of federal law,’ a DHS rep told The Independent.
Officials claim the unnamed woman defied repeated orders to clear the scene, earning herself an arrest for obstruction. Another demonstrator allegedly leapt onto an agent’s back, and six protesters ended up in handcuffs for clashing with law enforcement.
ICE’s Charles Marcus told Fox News that the crackdown isn’t anywhere near over. ‘Anyone who blocks or attacks our officers during these operations will be apprehended,’ Marcus warned. ‘In the last five days alone, 60 agitators have been arrested throughout Minnesota.’
The Trump administration has responded by sending swarms of over 2,000 federal agents into the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, setting the stage for more fiery confrontations amid growing public outrage.
