A Baton Rouge TikTok feud took a deadly turn Thursday, leaving an 18-year-old woman dead and sparking a police investigation with shocking details.
Cops rushed to Columbus Dunn Drive where they found Kassidy Jackson bleeding from a bullet wound after answering her front door. She was whisked away to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, but doctors couldn’t save her.
Within hours, authorities arrested 19-year-old Paulasia Banks, slapping her with murder charges after piecing together the events from eyewitness accounts and the arrest affidavit. The drama reportedly erupted when Banks discovered Jackson had blocked her on TikTok and hadn’t responded to her messages in the hours leading up to the attack.

According to insiders, Banks showed up at Jackson’s home accompanied by two men. Police allege all three barged inside after Jackson answered the door. What started as a confrontation exploded when Banks demanded answers about being shunned on TikTok, sparking a heated argument with another girlfriend in the house. That girlfriend managed to escape to check on a child, but gunfire rang out soon after, sending Kassidy to the floor.
Banks and her associates allegedly bolted from the scene in a car linked to Banks, abandoning Jackson in critical condition. During questioning, Banks admitted confronting Jackson in the kitchen, claiming she was pushed outside before firing through the door, hitting Jackson. Banks insisted the pair had been romantically involved for months, though another girlfriend disputed that account.

Now, Paulasia Banks is cooling her heels in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison facing first-degree murder and aggravated burglary charges, all over a dramatic TikTok snub that turned fatal.
