Melania Trump just unleashed a legal bombshell, demanding a judge toss out Michael Wolff’s explosive lawsuit—claiming she was never even notified about the case.

In fresh court documents, Melania’s team insists that serving papers to a Trump Tower doorman doesn’t cut it, pointing out that the former First Lady doesn’t even live there.

Wolff, the headline-chasing author notorious for his scorching exposes on Donald Trump, has turned up the heat, taking Melania to court over colossal threats of a billion-dollar lawsuit if he didn’t take back his comments linking her to scandal-magnet Jeffrey Epstein. The thorny spat erupted last October after Wolff accused Melania of brandishing billion-dollar legal threats in retaliation for his claims about her alleged connection to disgraced financier Epstein—a claim Melania’s camp flatly rejects.

Firing back in the press last fall, a Melania spokesperson ripped into Wolff, telling the Associated Press that the First Lady ‘won’t back down from those who peddle wicked lies to grab headlines and cash.’

The Epstein Files saga continues to stoke public outrage, with lawmakers and victims fuming over the snail’s pace of their release. The pressure’s mounting on the Justice Department to come clean, as anger rises over what many see as stonewalling and accountability-dodging at the highest levels.

Melania’s legal eagles didn’t hold back, lambasting Wolff’s suit as ‘a total dud’ and arguing it should be thrown out on technical grounds—including shoddy process serving, lack of jurisdiction, and failure to make a plausible claim. Among Wolff’s provocative allegations: that Jeffrey Epstein boasted Melania first crossed paths with Donald aboard Epstein’s infamous private jet—a claim the Trumps hotly deny.

Wolff has demanded the First Couple take the stand under oath to explain their ties, if any, to Epstein—but the White House has dismissed Wolff’s claims as pure fiction. In a blistering November statement, White House comms boss Steven Cheung tore into Wolff as ‘a lying sack of [expletive] … afflicted with terminal Trump Derangement Syndrome that’s melted his already-tiny brain.’

Team Melania wants the whole mess booted to Florida, arguing New York is the wrong battleground. Meanwhile, Donald Trump weighed in last December, branding the Epstein uproar as a ploy to distract from the GOP’s ‘tremendous success.’

Wolff, unfazed, hit back on Instagram, detailing how Melania’s legal machine threatened him just days before. The messy showdown is still unfolding as both sides dig in for a high-stakes brawl.
