Queen Bey has shattered another glass ceiling! Beyoncé, 44, has just joined the exclusive billionaire club, becoming only the fifth music superstar to achieve this financial milestone, Forbes revealed in their latest bombshell report.

The hitmaker soared into the billionaire stratosphere thanks to an unstoppable wave of success from her Cowboy Carter tour—which raked in a jaw-dropping $400 million in ticket sales alone, plus another $50 million from frenzied merch buyers. Let’s not forget that her previous Renaissance world tour was a money-making powerhouse too, hauling in over $579 million. Talk about showbiz royalty!

While her better half, Jay-Z, paved the way as the very first musician billionaire for Forbes back in 2019, Mrs. Carter now steps into the spotlight alongside fellow billionaires Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, and Taylor Swift. Forbes says that although Beyoncé’s empire includes savvy side hustles—a haircare line called Cécred, whiskey brand SirDavis, and the buzzy Ivy Park clothing range—her real fortune flows from her record-smashing tours and the massive value of her music catalogue.

Back in 2010, Bey took full command of her creative destiny by founding Parkwood Entertainment, the powerhouse behind all her music, live spectacles, and film projects. The year 2024 saw her unleash Cowboy Carter, a critically adored album that snagged her first Album of the Year Grammy. She didn’t stop there: Cowboy Carter’s blockbuster tour in 2025 rewrote the record books as the biggest moneymaker in touring, with a jaw-dropping three-hour extravaganza featuring surprise turns from Jay-Z, her kids, and Destiny’s Child alumni.

Forbes spiced up their praise: “When it comes to showbiz, nothing rakes in more cash than a music icon who can pack stadiums coast-to-coast.” The logistics behind Beyoncé’s tour were legendary: 350 workers hustled backstage, 100 semis carted her gear, and the show needed a literal fleet—eight giant 747 jets—to leap from city to city.

After breaking out with Destiny’s Child in the ‘90s and staking her claim as the most decorated and nominated artist in Grammy history, Beyoncé keeps the hits—and the millions—coming. She reportedly scored a cool $50 million for her spectacular halftime show at the NFL’s Christmas game in 2024—dubbed the “Beyoncé Bowl”—plus a $10 million payday starring in Levi’s ads.

And proving lyrics can be prophetic, Beyoncé once sang, “It should cost a billion to look this good / But she make it look easy ‘cause she got it” on her song Pure/Honey. Well, now she’s got it—times a billion! With Forbes counting over 3,000 billionaires worldwide in 2025, Beyoncé is officially seated among the global elite.
