Utah is buzzing with shock after a mother, accused of spiriting her four kids out of the country in an alleged apocalyptic panic, left behind a chilling ‘to-do’ list that reads like something straight from a spy thriller.

Elleshia Anne Seymour, who authorities say was gripped by fears of impending disaster, vanished from Salt Lake City alongside her children, leaving her ex-husband, Kendall Seymour, reeling and desperate for answers. Kendall—father to three of the kids—turned to GoFundMe to rally support and revealed jaw-dropping details: Elleshia reportedly forged passports for her little ones, then ditched not just her cell phone but also two disturbing handwritten notes at their Utah home.

Security footage captured the fugitive family hustling through the Salt Lake City airport on November 30th, boarding a Delta Airlines flight bound for Croatia with only one-way tickets in tow. One cryptic note was a rambling message, supposedly divinely inspired, predicting Elleshia would land in Italy by Christmas. The other was pure cloak-and-dagger: a checklist reminding her to shred documents, destroy photos that could ID her, toss her mobile, and secure an untraceable prepaid phone.

Elleshia faces four serious counts of custodial interference, each landing in third-degree felony territory, per official records from the Utah State Legislature. Investigators say the children who vanished with her are Landon Hal Seymour (who marked his 11th birthday on December 13), Levi Parker Seymour (8), Hazel Rae Seymour (7), and Jacob Kurt Brady (3), the youngest fathered by another man.

The Utah Department of Public Safety issued a high-alert emergency notice for all four kids on December 10th. Alongside felony charges, a strict emergency protective order and a no-bail warrant looms over Elleshia—neither she nor the children have been spotted since their disappearance.

The mystery now has both the FBI and local police feverishly searching for leads. Kendall is pushing for escalation to a federal case, which could activate INTERPOL and bring international muscle to the hunt. He’s raising funds online, hoping to cover travel costs so he can retrieve his children overseas and ease their trauma from this wild ordeal. Any extra donations, he vows, will pay for counseling to help the kids heal when they’re safely back.

As of late Sunday, both Elleshia and her children remain at large, and a community waits anxiously for their safe return.
