Trump pick Harmeet Dhillon has found herself at the center of a fiery online storm – and she’s not taking it quietly. The prominent attorney, chosen by Donald Trump himself, is under friendly fire from her own conservative base after sharing a post that blasted alleged voting shenanigans in Minnesota.

It all started when right-wing activist Scott Presler painted a dubious picture: He described a scenario where someone named Shukran brings eight friends without IDs to the polls, signs a form, and supposedly snags eight votes for his crew. Dhillon amplified this claim on social media with a blunt verdict: “This is corrupt AF.”

But that wasn’t enough for her followers, who wanted action – not outrage. Hal Furman, who once served under President Reagan, sharply replied, “Too bad you aren’t in a position to do something about it.” Dhillon, unfazed, hit back with the ultimate online diss: “It’s a shame you are blocked.” Ouch.

Critics piled on, accusing Dhillon of silencing dissatisfied supporters instead of fighting back against perceived election rigging. One commenter griped, “Blocking people just makes it look like those in power care more about clout than change.”

Another user, going by the handle Pocket Battleship, stirred the pot further: “Aren’t you an attorney for the US government? Why react with your private account to a huge political issue? Is this a movie now?” Unphased, Dhillon asserted her rights: “I’m entitled to speak as a private citizen. For my official work, check my government handle.”

Prominent MAGA author Joshua Lisec weighed in with a pointed question: “With all due respect, what exactly are you going to DO about it? Trump supporters are sick of the pearl-clutching – they want action! You’re the ‘someone’ we’re all waiting on!”

Even high-profile Trump allies aren’t immune from this growing conservative backlash. Over the weekend, Vice President JD Vance also found himself in the crosshairs of MAGA outrage after being accused of sitting on his hands while the movement demands change.

As Trumpworld turns up the heat, Dhillon is learning firsthand that it’s not just the opposition bringing the smoke – sometimes, your biggest critics are on your own team.
