Chaos erupted at Capital City Mall in Camp Hill, PA, when a brutal parking lot brawl led to a shocking scene—an infant was hurled from a stroller as fists flew, according to police. The jaw-dropping incident unfolded around noon last Saturday and has landed four women in hot water with local authorities.
The Lower Allen Township Police revealed that surveillance footage caught all four women—Oreil Dykes, 26; Carrie Bowman, 46; Kajah George, 30; and Messiah Cloud, 21—throwing punches right outside the busy shopping center. But what really stunned officers was what happened with Dykes’ child. Cops say Dykes, who brought her baby along for the wild melee, abandoned the tiny tot in a stroller smack in the middle of the parking lot before charging into the fight herself.
Moments later, Dykes reportedly doubled back—but instead of whisking her baby away from the chaos, police claim she pushed the stroller toward the scuffle and kicked another woman. In the pandemonium, the stroller flipped over and her unrestrained infant went flying onto the asphalt, the department alleges.

When officers arrived on scene, they found George and Cloud nursing fresh cuts and bruises to their faces and hands. Investigators later identified Dykes and Bowman as the remaining brawlers.
Dykes now faces a laundry list of charges: felony child endangerment and misdemeanor simple assault. The other three women are each charged with simple assault. Dykes was cuffed and taken into custody Saturday, while Bowman, George, and Cloud were picked up the following Wednesday. As of now, court records show only Dykes with an upcoming hearing, slated for January 15.
Police have yet to reveal what sparked the wild confrontation. One thing’s for sure—Capital City Mall shoppers got more than they bargained for this weekend.
