A Wisconsin woman is accused of plotting to have her mother and stepfather murdered, allegedly telling an undercover informant that the pair had “ruined my life” and that “there needs to be a price to pay.” Lindsey Feucht, 43, now faces two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide, according to court records reviewed by Law&Crime.
Feucht appeared in Outagamie County court Monday for a preliminary hearing in the case, which began in August when she allegedly sought out someone she believed was a hit man. The individual turned out to be an informant working with law enforcement.

According to a criminal complaint cited by local outlets including WBAY and WLUK, Feucht claimed she was molested by a neighbor when she was young and told her mother what happened, but “nothing was ever done about it.” She reportedly said she would “never forgive” her mother and stepfather for failing to file a police report or protect her.
Investigators say Feucht told the informant she wanted both deaths to “look natural” and referenced potential inheritance money. Police then arranged a meeting between Feucht and an undercover officer posing as a hit man at the Fox River Mall in Appleton. At that meeting, she allegedly offered $10,000 per murder.
Authorities say Feucht came prepared with detailed instructions, including photographs of her parents, a diagram of the home showing where they slept, and even descriptions of jewelry the supposed killer could steal to stage a burglary.
Feucht was arrested shortly after the meeting and booked into the Outagamie County Jail on a $100,000 bond. She is scheduled to return to court on December 10.
